You can’t really put yourself in his situation
Story
An anthology series about high-profile crimes or murderers that captured public attention and fame. Evan Peters [Jeffrey Dahmer] says they had one rule from Ryan Murphy [creator] going into the series: that it would never be told from Dahmer’s point of view. "As an audience, you don’t really sympathize with him. You rather watch it, you know, from the outside.".
Introduced in Jeremy Vine: Episode #5195 (2022)
In many episodes, 3M Command(TM) tape is shown in the kitchen of Jeffery Dahmer’s apartment, most recently in 1991. . . .
Well, it’s a Dahmer story
It was hard to watch … for many reasons. When I was a young adult when all this happened,…what do the kids say?…it hits differently. So by default it’s heavy, gross, and scary. The acting is top notch.
How the actors got through that is beyond me
Every show…it’s like you’re right there in the room watching this horrific series of events unfold in real time. Timeline shifts can be a little hard to follow. It’s not something you can stop and go back to. You have to rewind the episode or start over.
Recommended for cast iron stomachs
Overall, this is the best portrayal of Dahmer. I recommend watching "My Best Friend Dahmer" before watching this one because it happens to and conveniently serves as a prequel. Do not watch this if you are prone to vomiting.
